A full discussion on the participation of people with disabilities in physical activity is contained in the NDA report, Promoting the Participation of People with Disabilities in Physical Activity and Sport (Nov 2005).Physical activity, self-reported health and quality of life are important components of peoples’ lives and are inter-related. Relationships are often emphasized between physical inactivity and various health problems. However, physical activity is also related to more holistic and positive concepts of health such as quality of life, self-reported self-rated health and satisfaction with health.The physical, psychological, social and economic benefits of physical activity for both the individual and society are now well recognized. The benefit of accumulating at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity on at least five days of the week is equally applicable to all and has been recommended by international organizations such as the WHO and many governments throughout the world. Movement is one of specifications of human life, an intention and origin in human nature and a factor for his/her growth, health and freshness. Sedentary life style causes not only failure in development, but depression, abnormal behavior and removing life freshness. As indicated in frequent evidences, physical activity is one of the most important factors keeping personal and social health, and those simply ignore this issue haven’t yet learnt the art of life. Therefore, this research project seeks to investigate the impact of physical activity on the quality of life of disabled.AimThe purpose of this study is the effect of physical activity on the quality of life of disabled. In this study, respondents are divided into two groups:1- A group that does have physical activities. 2- A group that does not have physical activities.A total of 100 persons from each group will respondents. (50 Male) (50 Female)MethodThe method of using to perform this study was descriptive, correlational, and is practical in purpose. The statistical population of this study will be included disabled will be athletes and non-athletes that based on the Morgan table 200 individuals will be selected by classified sampling method. The instrument for collecting information include physical activity and quality of life questionnaire. Based on Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, spearman correlation at significance level will be used to analyze data.DesignDue to the coronavirus pandemic, I visit the center at a time set by the care center for disabled, first introduce them to the general topic of the research, the purpose, and importance of this research, then I asked the question from the head of the care center, which people are athletes and which one is not athletes, then I distribute the prepared questionnaires among them and guide them if help is needed. Finally, after completing the questionnaires, individuals will be presented with gifts and prizes to thank and appreciate the participants.
