El paso a la docencia universitaria del fisioterapeuta implica, al igual que en otras áreas de conocimiento, el tener que adaptarse a un nuevo rol para el cual, en la mayoría de los casos, no está preparado. Con este artículo abogamos por la necesidad de un programa de formación de formadores desarrollado en tres etapas: formación inicial, apoyo en la etapa de iniciación y formación durante el ejercicio profesional.
The transfer to the university education of the physical therapist implies, the same as in other areas of
knowledge, having to adapt to a new function for the one which, in most of the cases, it is not
prepared. With this article we plead for the necessity of a program of education continuing developed
in 3 stages: initial formation, support in the initiation stage and formation during the professional
exercise
