El presente artículo analiza los procesos de trabajo del artista Mauro Trastoy para, a través de su obra, ofrecer una reflexión sobre el lugar que ocupa la materialidad en la contemporaneidad. Partir de un material, conocerlo a través de las manos, seguir su flujo, repetir un gesto mínimo, alargarlo en el tiempo.
